- Chris Bustamante is an aesthetic nursing practitioner and owner of lush aesthetics in NYC.
- He said there has been an increase in demand for men’s improvement services such as the penis and the scrotum filler.
- He also said he had more clients to enter for reviews for the penis filler.
Three to four times a day, Chris Bustamante sets time to talk to his clients how they want their penis to look.
His clinic in Manhattan Manhattan, lush aesthetics, offers many what bustamante calls beauty services “bread and butter” such as facial fillers and chemical peels. However, the real growth of his business lies in the penis filler. In 2024, the procedure accounted for over 40% of $ 3 million aesthetic revenue.
They are not alone.
The interest in the expansion of the penis has been in bloom. Many cosmetics surgeons told Allure in 2023 that the penis filler is now their most popular procedure. Dr. David Shafer, a plastic surgeon in New York, told GQ in 2023 that his penis -fill customers have increased from one or two weeks to four or five days. Now he devotes a whole floor of his clinic strictly the penis filling services.
When bustamante, a nursing practice physician, opened his clinic in 2022, the only male improvement service he offered was “shocking and P-Shot” therapy, which uses plasma therapy and vacuum pumps to promote erections erections longer.

Now, he told Business Insider that he does for “three penis fillers a day.” Its clients – usually professional men in the 1930s, 40 and 50 – choose from a very specific (and patented) improvement menu. They can get a thicker noise (“improvement of girth”), a larger scrotum (“scrofill”), or to be just more shower than a cultivator (“showtox”, who uses botox to relaxing the muscles in the penis and to keep more blood when running).
Many of his male customers add body improvement services such as “instant bls”, non-surgical butt elevators using high volumes of filler, he told BI.
Bustamante experience reflects the latest growth of men receiving beauty treatments. Between 2019 and 2022, non-invasive cosmetic procedures such as fillers and Botox increased in male patients by 253%. As he sees it, it is all part of a general tendency towards excellence among high -flight men.
“They are usually competitive. They want to be the best.”
Men who love everything the biggest
Bustamante described three main categories of men’s improvement clients. There are sex workers. There are young professionals or men in their 30s and 40s that carry work in more creative fields like marketing. The rest, approximately half of customers, are “high-power money creators”-real estate and real estate in their 40s and 50s.
While most of them have average or even big penis to begin, it doesn’t matter. These clients want to be “the biggest boy in the room,” he said.
A latest bustamante customer, who works in property management, spent about $ 150,000 a three-month-old in the instant BBL ($ 16,000 per unit or syringe), improvement of girth and scrotum fillers (each of them 13,500-16,500 for 20-25 units). He did each treatment three times, being built because “he wants him to be bigger,” Bustamante said. Most often, patients will spend about $ 50,000 over one to two years, adding more fillers every six months.
Bustamante said he had clients to ask him while he was injecting them if this is the most filling he would have ever used. When the bustamante said he went higher, they would ask him to match that number in the country. Some customers have ended with penis over 7.5 inches in the perimeter – greater than their length.
Bustamante has boundaries in what it will do. “You have to take care of the body dysmorfia,” he said. One client he rejected was a bodybuilder who used a penis pump, a common treatment for erectile dysfunction, for 40 minutes a day – passing over the safe border of 30 minutes a day. Excessive use can cause swelling and severe damage, and he ended up by burning his penis, making it unsafe to inject fillers. (Because of the tooth, it would also not look good, Bustamante said).
If he notes clients who reserve frequent appointments to add the filler, he will insist on waiting six months before doing anything else. “We’ve done a lot. Enjoy it,” he will tell them. “Don’t go somewhere else and try to do something and make them confuse it.”
When the penis filler goes bad
Increasing the popularity of the penis filler also means that bustamante has seen more requirements for reviews as customers have experienced side effects like bumps, severe Grace, and pain from other clinics. About 25% of his new customers come for revision, so much that he officially added it as a service.
Some of the changes are purely cosmetic – perhaps a provider injected a penis when he was ardent and could not predict how large, small or victorious he would look when he was raised. (Bustamante uses Trimix, a drug that gives men an artificial lifting, before injecting.)
Other reviews are more involved. A client came to the bustamante after receiving the penis filling at the clinics in California and Texas. In his latest appointment, his penis ended so much bruised, was black. He did not have sex for a year. Bustamante fixed it by first distributing the whole filler and re-injuring it.
Part of the problem, Bustamante said, is that some injectors are not capable of the complexity of penis procedures. They can begin their career in cosmetics, performing facial filling services and treating the penis filler, although it is more complicated and may be counter-intent.
For example, with the face filler you can inject a little at a time, slowly forming a new look, he said. You do not want to do it with a penis, Bustamante said, because the penis must be fully recovered before adding more. Short blasts of the filler can cause inflammation, which leads to swelling, filler migration, bumps and pain. Instead, bustamante prefers to inject most of the filler immediately, checking with patients three weeks later, when they need to heal about 90%.
“It is a completely different anatomy and requires truly extensive experience,” Bustamante said.
The healing process often involves some light swelling and bruising, but it should never include severe pain, nor should bruises be almost black, he said.
Business continues to bloom
A room in the lush sound space of aesthetics. Aesthetics
Business continues to grow – Lushful has scaled $ 1 million every year since it opened. Bustamante believes that having more clients makes it better in what you do. “My technique is always developing,” he said. It has methods for different forms of penis, whether they have a lower circumcision line or thicker foreskin, due to how the filler is filled.
“If you are a hyper-critical artist, you are always looking at how you can do things better,” he said. “When I make my mother’s botox, I’m like watching it, like, ‘Ok, it looks good.” “
Being in a large metropolis like New York City pays dividends as well. He has turned clients flying from other countries, where the experienced penis injector elections are thinner – for now, anyway.
The payment of tens of thousands for the perfectly worked package may sound like a warm interest. At least anecdotally, more men do it than they care to share it, Bustamante said. One of his clients, who flies from Texas every six to eight months, had some drinks with his friend. He opened to get the penis filler. It turns out, even his friend had tried it.
“It was this moment for them,” Bustamante said. “Clearly, it’s among many men.”
