Returning to the office is taking on a whole new meaning as companies rebuild offices with abundant equipment for their employees.
The Wall Street Titan JPMORGAN Chase is a key example, opening a $ 3 billion headquarters with skill, including lunch delivered to the table and a wide health center and wellness.
When opening, 270 Park Ave.-the largest Electrian of the New York City-will become the new home for 14,000 employees. Designed by architect Norman Foster, the building will “determine the modern job with 21st century infrastructure” boasting smart technology and 2.5 million square meters of flexible and cooperative space, according to JPMGANGA.

When the new global headquarters plan was discovered in 2022, the company said it was a partner with experts including Joseph Allen, director of Harvard University healthy buildings and Wellness Deepak Chopra expert. He also parents with Danny Meyer of Union Square hospitality, who has advised JPMORGAN for a “well -being and hospitality experience” for employees, which includes a grocery showing diversified food operators and healthy menus.

Norman also doubled the amount of outside and clean air spaces in the building. Its advanced HVAC filtration systems will also constantly clear the outside air as it enters the building while also cleaning the recycled air.
There will be 50% more municipal space and 25% more volume of space per person, offering more flexible elections for workers, according to JPMORGA. At the top of the 60-storey tower will have a conference center with uncontrolled views of the city, where the company will host events for customers and employees.

The campus, which includes approximately 350 hectares, contains 12 office buildings, bicying and standing trails, and equipment such as a children’s care center and a 360,000 -square -foot Wellness center.

Last year, Amazon opened two new offices at his headquarters Puget Sound in Bellevue, Washington. One of them, called Dynamo, offers more than 300,000 square meters of new office space, while the other, Sonic, offers 19 floor spaces in more than 400,000 square meters.
In September 2023, Amazon opened its doors for its newest office in the Lord & Taylor Department building after a renovation of years. The Midtown Manhattan office includes a cafe, yard and outdoor terrace complete with a dog run and appearance of Empire State Building for more than 2,000 employees.
